FCX Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. (NYSE: FCX) today declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share payable on May 1, 2011 to holders of record as of April 15, 2011 for its common stock.
